Mason County 4-H Part-Time Program Assistant
Mason county is currently seeking a 4-H Program Assistant who will work under the supervision of our county agents and coordinator. The 4-H Program Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of the 4-H program in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This is a part-time position with retirement benefits and competitive pay. Some responsibilities include social media management, writing various communications like letters, newsletters and emails. This position will help county agents in preparing for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and Texas 4-H meetings, trainings, and programs while also offering aide in other various activities like Mason County Livestock Show & Expo and 4-H fundraising events. If you are familiar with social media, have some marketing experience, and have great organizational skills, this position may be a perfect fit for you.
